Here is great story about how our insurance company found my wife at fault even though a big boulder fell off a landscape truck and did $3,700 worth of damage to our car.  Our insurance company determined over the phone and without seeing the road that my wife didn’t try hard enough to avert the boulder.  So how in the hell did they figure that out?  It was a busy street and had my wife tried missing the rock she would have hit another car.  Go figure.  So in the end the landscrape truck owner denied it came off his truck even though my wife stopped and so did he and they talked for 20 minutes.  What a bunch of BS.  Next, becasue we have to take matters into our own hands, we going to find out how legal these guys are.  Tired of the BS of always having to fight for our rights.  We didn’t drop the boulder but we have to pay for it.  I don’t think so.  So who’s side is the insurance company on anyway?
